going to pismo/ grover beach this w/e

Beaches near grover beach are open to vehicles and overnight camping, but I think finds might be few and far between. Pismo beach would be better, especially by the pier, since it is more of a concentration of people. There is always tons of people there. Also avila beach down the road a ways would be a good spot. I know there are some parks in the area, just can't remember where they would be.
