Does anyone make an adapter to change over an Equinox ear jack to a regular 1/4" type? It doesn't have to be water proof.

Where the ear phones plug into the detector, isn't that a special screw connection not just a push in 3.5mm pin ?
It has the capability to use a screw connector, I think if you want to use water proof headphones. My 600 came with 3.5mm headphones. Ive been looking for an adapter as well.
I purchased a stereo adapter and it did not work.
From another thread it was stated that you have to use a mono 3.5mm to 1/4" for the adapter to work correctly.
Someone please correct me if I am mistaken.
