A few days ago, I went out and it started to lightly rain.

I improvised:

Yes, that is a Ziplock bag held tight with a wire trash bag tie. Hey! I never said it was pretty! :lol:

Ordered the rain cover and I am much more stylish now!

I mean, C'mon! I gots to be stylin' even in the rain!

Next purchase, PINPOINTER!

Good job Speedster! I've been rained out a couple times and it aint pretty. Dont make the mistake I did though... I used that "Press n' Seal" by Glad....and it left adhesive junk all over my new Minelab! I was pissed!..now I just use a regular ziplock

Saran wrap in an emergency.... works well, I always keep a small roll in the vehicle. Can be used for all sorts of things up to and including emergency bandaging. RickO
