Very nice. If I'm not mistaken, those were once used in England. Looks like someone chopped a bit off it.

The flat edge of the coin is common in colonial era copper coins. I have a few state copper, and KG III's with the edge flattened like that. Not sure why. Very coin and congrats on your oldest! GL&HH
