ID Excel and how has it worked for coins and relics. Also has anyone used the new Fisher F4. How does Fisher compare to Garrett?

I have an ID Excel. The detector performs well. It has respectable depth and good target separation. The digital ID is good and it is very easy to ground balance. The only issue I have is that the 8 inch coil is the only one available. I am going to be getting the new F4 as soon as it comes out. I was told by Fisher that the F4 will be available around April 1. It comes equipped with a double d coil and a 4 inch concentric. There are also a couple of other coils that will work on it.

I have an Excel, very light, simple to use, meter accurate on coins, target separates well, good coinshooter.Cons ,not super depth, unstable in wet salt sand and around metal play ground equipment.
