I took off for a sunrise dry sand hunt this morning since the tides were off and I was expecting conditions to be much worse than they were. When I got to the beach I was a bit surprised that conditions would have been huntable, except for the high tide not being my preference. Oh well, I was there to detect and detect I did for about 3½ hours with the Deleon and the clean sweep coil. Got the Sacajawea early in the hunt and the Washington was a surface find towards the end of the hunt. Met my goal of getting out for some crisp morning air and hauling in $9.07, with over 100 coins. Not a bad morning in my book!
