Thank you for your service! I will tell you what my dad said to me when I got out of the Army. I was the same age as you are now when I got out. He said"take all the police exams now before you get in trouble". I did that and at 51 I'm receiving full pension 68 percent of my pay and full medical for the rest of my life.

Congrats, I myself was medically retired after a very long hard battle with the VA. I was injured in Iraq in 2003 and I just got my compensation approved in November of this year. Has been a great year for me so far.

I am really excited to be in the hobby of metal detecting.
