c-scope?

Hi Stu, Im in England also. Was up untill recently an owner of a c-scope 660.
They are good company to deal with. ( I made mine up from parts, they supplied a new circuit board for ..?35!!! ) found me first silver hammered with it.
I see one of the machines you fancy is a PI ( pulse induction ) which is mainly a beach machine. The other being a land.

I have a friend whos been doing this a LOT longer than me and he has a
C-scope 5mx , as well as other machines. But he prefers the c-scope. I would highly recomend you getting hold of one these, as i have searched with him on stubble, and it is a very good machine, featuring 10" s/head, 2 discs etc. I own a Tesoro Eldorado u-max and an early 90s Bandido... I prefer the Bandido. Sometimes new is not always best.
Another good c-scope ( no longer made?) is the 1220xd. Today a 5mx went for ?110!! thats a buy it now price with over 100 people looking at it!!!

This is the type of machine that will do the job, at a very good price. Just bide your time and you will find one. So much so that i am thinking of selling my Eldorado and getting one meself!!

Check out this months searcher mag as they have the reduced price of the 5mx to about ?250 new!!!!
Thats a real bargain. Tried...tested...proved.... Dont even think about the newer models...

I actually saw that 5mx detector on ebay couple of days ago, guess i missed out on a nice bargain there still, theres always next time

Hi Stu, Think its actually c-scope that have dropped the price on the 5mx, so Im sure you could get a good deal from dealer.. Chop
