My mom has a 1921 or 1922 silver dollar and a bunch of BH's. I am wondering what the general value may beon these.

Silver dollar melt value. BH,s assuming you mean buffalo heads, not a lot. need to be a bit more specific....................

What's a BH?
I really need more info. Depending on which coin,what year, condition and where it was minted it could be worth 20 dollars or 68000 dollars. According to the 2011 Red book.

I was in dollar mode and was not thinking about nickels.
There are some Buffalo nickels that are key dates and are quite valuble.
1916 double die obverse
1918d with 8 stamped over 7
1921s is worth a little
1937d with only 3 legs on the buffalo
