Hi. I live in Northeast Wisconsin and have been passively involved in the hobby for the last 40 years. Have a cousin who encouraged me to step up my game and a son who gave me no choice. Bought a nice detector recently and have done a lot of research and are champing at the bit to do some serious detecting this year. Some nice finds this year have been an 1899 Barber dime and an old 62 cal musket ball. My big emphasis will be relic hunting for Archaic Old Copper Culture artifacts which were created by Indigenous people here in Northeast Wisconsin 4000-7000 years ago. Will keep everyone posted.
