Yes. Read the manual, watch YouTube and have a blast. Great machine.

thanks badmonkey. I have been detecting for many of years and have had a lot of machines. I understand it and the basics. Im asking if anyone has any tricks they know. Some machines in certain soils on set numbers work well etc etc

im hunting north Carolina. anyone have any tips or tricks on the t2

I crank mine up to 99 sens. 0 disc BP. Works well for me. Experiment with the settings to see what works for you. Good luck and enjoy,

when hunting in multi-tone, despite DST, I'd lower the sensitivity so you don't get all the sparky hits on every tiny piece of trash known to man kind! You won't lose much depth at all.
