Default First General Service Button

While I was on vacation at my mom's house I metal detected her yard and found this WWI general service button in the yard. It is a small cuff button size. It cleaned up very nice.

I tried brushing it a little but I made the mistake of letting the dirt dry and it was super solid. So I did electrolysis using a 6v lantern battery. Put the lead on the shank and let it cook for approximately 12 hours.
