I'm definitely on an old site. 3 old UMC headstamps, a great looking 1919 Merc (#42 FTY), early wheats and my first Buffalo nickel for the year. It's a 1926. I really like digging Buffalos, but I've been concentrating primarily high tones so far this year. This nickel was a deep, solid 13. I also found this part of an old glass bottle with that nickel. I cant believe how thick this bottle was! It just a broken part of a bottle, but I find it interesting. Denhalter was a local soda bottler in the late 1800s. Cool! Thanks for looking.
