what I can't figure out is what the initials mean. I am sure the small emblem <isco> stands for International Silverware Company. I found the spoon in a town west of San Antonio. It was about 5 inches down.

Its long and narrow like an iced tea spoon. 7 3/4 inches long.

Thanks

Could be a spoon for malts/milkshakes. They're always long and skinny. No idea on the initials, though. Cool find!

I tried to Google it, C.S. of N.E., didn't get much on that except maybe a start...Lots of Silversmiths in the New England area, (N.E), C.S. maybe the person or company's initials...If you got the time, Google: Sliversmiths of New England and go from there. Good Luck...Nice find by the way.
