I dont know if this ring is silver or not. It rang up 91 on the at pro also came out of the ground clean like silver

an aluminum cup



some brass thingy

I also found a 1947 S wheatie and 5 whole pennies
 
Very cool ring, I'd say it's definitely silver. Put a little dab of bleach on it somewhere and it will turn the area black if it's silver.
 
Pretty sure brass thing in last picture is a punch. I used to drink water from grandpa's well using a tin cup like that. Nice finds.
 
Where'd you find the ring? Buddies night stand? Lololol. I kid.

Looks like silver to me... especially if it came out that clean.
 
Or, you could take a piece of aluminum foil, spit on the ring and gently rub the foil on the ring. If it is silver, you will get the classic sulfur smell.

It's a very accurate test but I wouldn't do it on coins if they are of any value.
