Another yard was good to me

Went out today with my 3 year old.
Got permission at an old house I've been wanting to detect and it didn't disappoint.

First signal I dug ended up being an Indianhead! Figured I had a good yard to search.

Ended up digging a 1915 Barber Dime, 2 Indianheads, 3 early wheats, an old Chinese coin and a couple relics.

Anyone know how old the Chinese coin is?

The little dude has "HOLLYWOO" stamped on the back. It used to be a pin...... not really sure on its age either.

Cool finds Tundra! Nice job! I need to get some permissions....
Thanks Tom! My last few outings only produced wheats so it was great to get a couple Indians and some old silver. Getting the permissions is about the only way I can get the good old stuff anymore.

Another very fine outing Tundra. Adding to the tribe and building the Silver count is a easy gauge to view success. Congrats on the Barber Dime, two very nice looking Indians and the old Wheat's. Trapper

Yep, as much as I love seeing silver come out of the ground, it never hurts my feelings to find some Injun's. The Chinese coin is interesting to me, I started collecting foreign coins when I was still in the Corps and it's become a hard habit to break. Nice finds brother!

Thanks Shae! That's the 2nd old Chinese coin I've dug in 2 years.

Wow! You’re killing it up there!
Thanks jwp! I've been having good luck with the permissions I've been getting. I've been almost exclusively going for older properties and the results have been good.
