Was trying to date this button the back mark reads imperial stand superb thanks for looking

First of all, that is a fine find. That button was worn from 1821 until 1854. Your backmark is not a common backmark. I did find an example of it among the one piece buttons, but it didn't have a picture. That eagle seems to be more of the 1840 era, but that is only an opinion.
 
Looked all over the net for two hours at back marks and no luck .. thanks for looking and inputs

1830s Infantry Button. Common find on Creek War and Seminole War sites.
