Got out to an 1880's house for about 4 hours yesterday. Owner said it's never been hunted. Found a nice 1944-D Washington Quarter only about 4 inches deep. Was hoping for something older, but I'll definitely take it! Only a couple feet away, I got an 1899 IHP. Also got 6 wheats ranging from 1918 to 1956. Got lots of neat relics including a spoon, 1924 dog tag, broken harmonica reed, accordion reed, a broken D buckle, a silver plated ornate buckle with the letter D on it, a small lead bird, a broken key, a gold plated pocket watch part and 4 small silver plated objects. They are all the same size and have no design. They almost look like the top of a 2 piece flat button, but I doubt I would find all 4 without the backs. If you have any ideas on these, let me know! Thanks and HH!

Congrats on an epic hunt! Love finding those old GW's. I found one a few days ago (1934) and a 1906 Barber dime a few day's after. Definitely fun seeing them pop out. Keep up the good work!
