What a thrill I had this past week when I visited my parents near Martinsburg WV. They live about a mile from an old railroad crossing over the Opequon creek that we understand that Stonewall Jackson burned down twice to keep the Union forces from using the rail. I found the nice miniball in their backyard and the button (with a full shank) in the side yard. The house was built in 1920, and I have never found any coins older than 1898. We were all so excited to find these relics. This area of WV is not too far (about 11 miles) from Sharpsburg, MD and the Antietam Battlefield. HH. Tim
