FWIW every salt beach also changes in other words. Say even if you are using say a CTX the sand shifts, salt content changes from rain, tide, etc. You can be going along smoothly then get some bad signals, etc. Single frequency can work in the dry sand good. But hit that wet stuff and youll wish you had a pulse induction or multi frequency. But PIs aren't for everyone. I have owned several and don't care to ever buy another one for beach hunting. Bobbie pins, hooks, rusty iron chips can make you dig thousands of worthless holes.
