Smaller arm cuff for Explorer/Etrac

I like the Herke arm cuff, and that's what I use on my Etrac. My wife has an Explorer, and the Herke arm cuff is way to big for her. The stock cuff isn't all the great so I'm wanting to get an aftermarket one for her. Does anyone know of a much smaller alternative to the Herke?

would the neoprene cover for the herke help
maybe stuff something inside it

I had the same problem. I used some scraps of neoprene a couple layers thick to pad and tighten my cuff. GL and HH. Matt
