Found a small surface dump today and uncovered a Thomas Guernsey Dairy Hinsdale Illinois half pint milk, a common Creomulsion cough syrup bottle and a Sanford's ink, all 1930s. BTW, Hinsdale, Illinois is a suburb 20 miles west of Chicago.

Nothing special today, but it's nice to get out on our warmest day so far this year despite the COVID thing.

You got out digging - so that’s all that matters.

My last digging trip about 2 weeks ago resulted in the worst poison ivy of my life - I’m still on prednisone (face, chest, arms). No doubt that I was cutting through roots to large vines that were about 25 feet away on a large sugar maple.

Keep it up - I’m itching to get back out there

Jim, you're "itching" to get back out there. ;) I hear ya. I've had poison Ivy and it's not fun. It is one of the hazards of our hobby I guess.

Maybe post some recent finds, you always find cool glass.

Cool bottles, im sure if they weren't empty some of that stuff would be fermented enough this kill this coronavirus!
