My clad pile had grown enough that I decided to fire up the tumbler earlier tonight to knock the crud off. I usually have everything presorted pretty well - I just drop my clad finds into the proper pile at the end of each hunt, that way I can just scoop up the piles and pop them into a tumbler drum. This time, as I emptied out the copper drum and spread the coins out to dry for a bit after tumbling, one coin that was a slightly different color caught my eye...turned out to be a 1940 Canadian cent that I apparently misidentified as a Memorial cent after a hunt! Neat little surprise visit from royalty  And the coin looks great after the tumble - makes me strongly consider tossing my Wheats in there, too!
