Just want to say...HI...to everyone. I had an old Bounty Hunter, years ago. I'm looking to get back into enjoying the hunting again. I live in Indiana, around the Fort Wayne area. So I'm looking for a little feedback on what model of a metal detector would be good for the area soil. I would also like to do some beach hunting.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Basically it comes down to what do you want spend ? We can go from there . :yes:
 
Welcome aboard Tarkmar. As for the metal detector....don't know your budget but I would suggest contacting Tony @ www.tcmetaldetectors.com and discuss it with him. He is very knowledgable and fair. My husband bought us each a DFX from him and all went very well. Many people on these forums have purchased from him as well. It doesn't cost anything just to talk to him.
