The wife decided to go do some shopping late this afternoon, so i grabbed my detector and headed to a school on the not so good side of town. On my way i passed an old housing project and saw that all the windows were boarded up
.. So i stopped at one the units and begin swinging, signals were galore but mostly pennies with majority in the 60, 70 and 80.., but i did manage 8 wheats in the 40 and 50 and a no date buffalo and $3.78 in Clad.. A couple of the quarters were 1967 and one dime was 1965, so i know there has to be silver... I found a nice gilded General service button, which i suspect i will find more as this housing project is a short distance from the main gates to Ft. Benning. There are so many units there it will keep me busy for a while.. Hopefully there is some silver there... Thanks for looking and Happy Holidays.
