It's good to see the warm weather coming back - it was a long winter.
After today's hunt I topped $50.00 in clad for 2013 ($52.94 to be exact), so hopefully I can reach my goal of $100.00 in clad by the end of the year.
I've also found three silver coins (and three silver rings) so far this year - I'd definitely like to increase those numbers, too!
After a year of detecting, I'm running out of nearby public spots to hunt - I guess it's time to start knocking on doors. There's a few private homes in the area that I've had my eye on - I just need to work up the nerve to ask permission. (I keep having visions of getting doors slammed in my face...)
Does anyone else have goals for the year? How's your progress?
