There was a time when people would buy used square nails, attempting to make replica vintage furniture, or for collecting, I know Home D sells a sort of replica to the square nail new, are original square nails worth anything???

I have no idea. Check and see if anyone is buying/selling them on ebay. If not, there's probably not a market for them, or it's a super niche thing.

Thanks, just did, a small market, I will be digging a very old early 1800's homesite, loaded with them in the ground, guess I'll be saving them.

if you can clean them up and they are good there is a market... I got jars full from a house that burnt down and the nails are in really good condition.
