In the oldest part of pass christian,ms there's a house that was demolished after Katrina and there is a foundation left. the property is in shambles as far as astetics (sp) go. Should I get in touch with the realetor or just have at it.

That's a good question. It's always better to get permission, but if the lot is more or less abandoned, I'd say play it by ear.
