I got a report from OCC today who lives in OCMD, said the crowds are there on the weekends so I would guess the same for the beach's north of OC..Drysand it water temps 55, to cold for bathers.

I was there at Easter and got blanked. No fresh drops and a ton of new sand. Ran Rehoboth and Lewes. Good luck!

Only got about two hours hunt - spent it all at Lewes, DE beach. Got some clad and this cute little first ring of the year. Silverplate over copper, dated 1985. The clad was also 1970's/80's, not close to the ring (or each other) but all were about the same distance from the water's edge.
