I blew my oldest permission yesterday, a 1700s place with Whiskey Rebellion history. A connection to U. S. Grant. I tried my best to charm the lady, she was very nice, told us the history of the place but would not let us hunt it. Oh well. Good luck Mark

I didn’t find any coins today but I did find some flat buttons, two were tombac. I also found the back of a two piece button, a toe tap, a pewter spoon bowl and a lock. I’ll agree with the others...crackin’ site with so much potential it almost makes me want to move. We just don’t see that around here. Almost everything around here is villages and townships from the 1850s-1860s at the oldest. There are a FEW from earlier but people just weren’t here yet en masse.

Keep going on it,that’s a nice one! The finds show it,all very cool history in the hand!
