I did with a signal bouncing everywhere. It would probably hit to 4 inches.
Same result with a ML 705 w/13" coil.

Didn't test the SS with any targets sorry to say.
So much EMI/RFI. I'm confident it will pick up anything ring shaped or solid.
Small earrings, rope chains, small hoops wouldn't hit hard if any hit at all.

AT Max and a ML705 would barely hit the bracelet on dry sand. I'd say max depth 4"
Same result with a hoop earring.
On a tiny gold ball stud earring 1" or less.

No problem hitting a 1 oz silver bar :laughing:

Hmmm. I took my Sand Shark to Costa Rica last year and ended up on a black sand beach. I found this 14K ring with 9 diamonds. Wonder why yours doesn’t do the job.

Congrats!

I'm confident it'll hit gold rings, but not a rope chains, weird shaped hoop earring or small studs.

I've found 3 silver rings with it so far, but no gold.

This was actually at the high tide mark. Semi-conductive. Ground balance at 82.
