Chinese coin in Iowa !

Got out for a bit tonight after it rained all day. Amazing hunt for me. Found a gold gilded cuff link, brass ring, 1892 & 99 IH and my oldest coin to date. The coin is a Boo Ciowan something, still need to do more research to narrow date and $$ down, somewhere from 1821-1861.....sweeeeeeeet !

Sweet coin. Congrats.

I got out after the rain yesterday afternoon too only just around the yard to keep the feel and sounds of the GT fresh. Found more coins on the other side the the driveway I had not touched before.

This week is going to be great weather for hunting.
