Thanks anyways. I'm surprised just how good the 7khz is, i'm digging smaller targets than i thought i would have with it.
I think the 14khz will be more suitable for my needs, hopefully the RT is as effective as it is on the 7khz coil.

you will dig tiny pieces with the 7 KHz.With sorex, you want to be 17 or higher with sensitivity for depth, kick your gain lower to get stability. These Aka's run different but it will pick nonferrous out of iron better than my Deus will.It will id both targets when set right, it has happened 3 times that I know of, Im a believer. Any heart shaped full rounded loop hodo, dig it !It may be - id and bounce to low + id but dig it, don't pass them up.

A little vid on the Signums speed, as you'll see i haven't yet found a setting that lets it see the target when the nails are above, im not that fussed as it's going to be my deep pasture machine, rather than a shallow sifter, it does however nail the 10" coin in my garden that's surrounded by nails, see pics below, so more than pleased.
