Default Little Hammer for ????

Found this in a yard of an 1854 house. I sure looks like something from the 40s or 50s though. It's the smallest ball peen hammer I've ever seen. I know it's a toy but anybody know what from or for ?

Guessing it's a doll house hammer. Realistic doll houses were all the rage at one time...

just a guess...
