I have had my Whites Prizm II for about three years with no problems at all! Then the other day I pulled it out.... and no go. The first thing I noticed is that the sound is very very quiet. even with headphones. Second is that whenever pinpoint mode is on, the darn thing gives a steady beeeeeeeep. There are no loose wires on the speaker, and it has new batteries. Im lost!
