Took the Excal 2 out for a test drive

Just got my Excal 2 and took it out this weekend for the first time, I am trying to get the hang of the signals, much different from my AT PRO. The second picture is something that was hanging from the scoop when I dug a coin. It doesn't give off a signal so its not metal. Maybe a shell but heavy.

You'll get the hang of it... that second pic looks like the inside bit of a big conch type shell...

Conch shells have numerous shapes as they break down. You are off to a good start. Take those bottle caps and run your machine over them. Learn that bong type tone. Turn them upside down and do it again. It will not take long to know a bottle cap. Corona, Bud light and a couple others sound good so you will dig them but the ones you got are easy to pass by.
