Well, I've been trying to catch the guy who outbid me on an 1840 house recently. I finally did, and gave him my pitch but he was really hesitant...After chatting with him for an hour I realized my jeep was running in the driveway the whole time....As I was leaving I realized he had never actually agreed to let me hunt there....I hit him up once more as I was getting in my jeep and he reluctantly said I could hit it for a bit....to my dismay, no good coins....but...I did hit a 12-46 I got excited about and it was a very fascinating silver spoon. I believe it is close to the 1900 era.......
The next piece is from my neighbor's house....He's been beggin me to bring over a couple detectors and hit with him...I guess it used to be a BnB back in the day.....This medal read 12-43 at 10 inches! It probably got dropped here close to 100 years ago !!! I also managed a few silvers there....beforehand we had agreed to split the finds, but not sure how we're gonna divvy up this unique item.....
