Cool Change Find

This is probably my highlight so far of this brutally cold winter
(other than the 14' & 16' wheaties I dug in the so-far-silverless
farm field on Mon.)
Went to the Acme Market (a local grocery chain) on Tues.checked
out at the self check,came home dropped my change on the table
and saw this.Had to put a dab of nic-a-date on it to reveal,but
turns out it's a 1916.-F.

"F" is the designer's initial. Mint marks on Buffalo nickels are on the back.

Nice change find there , I've never found anything like that in my change . I did get my daughter looking for change one time when she was working in a resturant at the cash register . She came home a few times with a few silver dimes , and a couple wheats . I put them up so I wouldn't lose them . Well , I'm sure I didn't lose them , but I can't remember where I put them ,,, :?:

Cool find and you didn't have to get your hands dirty. Had that happen to me once on a road trip to Nashville but my was so warn I couldn't get a date.
