thanks to you. it was never in my plan to enlist. when 9-11 happened, i was in a plumbing apprenticeship with a house and a wedding coming. i was scared shitless worrying about a possible draft. you guys have my utmost respect.

USAF 70-74. Radio Operator, USAF Security Service, in Japan, Italy. Also spent 10 months with 49th Tactical Fighter Wing, New Mexico. I was due to be drafted in early '70, but enlisted instead.
