Was helping my son take down the Christmas lights and had a set that quit working. As you know with most lights if one bulb is bad none of the rest will light. I found this youtube video showing how to find the bad bulb. Wish I would of found this video years ago would of save alot of time and expense. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lZBRYx0qXEU

I simply eyeball for the burned filliments ...or what we in the 'Christmas Light Repair Industry call a 'Dark Bulb'...Then you got squirrels causing breaks on the strings outdoors near the birdfeeder, and thats easy enough to troubleshoot too...

Hey Wiz, didnt you do like massive Stadium lighting systems? Great big 480V 2 million lumens? >This is like baby food to you right??. Like trying to show a kid how velcro works? Oh man! Everything is going LED thankfully...but good gosh, fixing those strings of Christmas lights every season was sort of diabolical fun...It was like the perfect Household Man Puzzle that a guy could be the Hero...
