Yours must bloom late? I already ate what i could off my tree and they already dried up and are gone. Woodpeckers and Mockingbirds damaged a lot of them.

They remind me of ripe papaya. What they taste like?

They have a light citrus taste kinda pear like texture,other than that I can't descrbe it?

They are ready to eat here about now to june,birds seem to ignore them but the bluejays love my cherry tree.
