Need Help to Identify

Trying to identify piece that looks like a medal as in an olympic medal. Tried to google letters on front but nothing comes up. Found in an old park next to the Hudson River in New York City 25 years ago. Thinking bronze or copper. It has me baffled.Thoughts?

Google Lense found similar results for the "seal of Charles II" (french). Maybe that can help? I didn't see any there exact to yours, but some very close, where the horse was running and the soldiers pose was different.

Thought maybe a watch fob. Could also be a bottle opener. Maybe a logo from a bar?
