I found it in my front yard. It's solid and has some weight. I'm not sure if it's pure silver.

That is the wheel of a cigarette lighter. I juts watch a video on YouTube last night of a man restoring a giant zippo lighter.

Not silver, IMHO. You can get test acid that will tell you if something is silver. Our sponsors as well as Ebay and Amazon likely have these test kits. Most come with silver and gold tests, and are worth having, IMHO.
