Hello!!
I have been reading through this forum for about a week now and have been energized by your stories and finds! Can't wait to get back out there. Last weekend was the first time I went out with my detector. I only had an hour, so I went to a local school playground to try it out. The first thing I found was 1989 dime!
It's not old, but it's still a dime! Also found my first junk items!
