Fixing Crossed Swords Emblem

I saw a pic and description by someone who had fixed a broken crossed swords emblem on this site.

Done every search I can think of but can't find it, anyone remember?

Also hoping the "fixer" sees this...

Went ahead and tried SuperGlue. This was found completely wadded up like someone got angry and crushed it and threw it down, 4 breaks repaired.
