Rubbing elbows with the stars

I met KG and the Ringmaster from the show Diggers today in Peshtigo WI. I shook their hands and thanked them for the donations to the local museum and for showing our sport in a positive manner. There were also dramatizations by local students portraying survivors of the 1871 Peshtigo fire and their experiences. The fire killed over 1200 people but was overshadowed by the Chicago fire on the same day.

That's pretty sweet. I'd be pretty stoked if i got to meet them. I know Ringy is quite the brainiac.

Did they have any good/useful info to share?
Last quesfion. Are they still swinging Golds?

Sorry to say I don't know what they are currently swinging and they didn't give any pointers. In the short time I was there it was just a meet and greet and photo op's.
