Ok, probably not much gold left on it since it's just plated, but still my best ring so far. My first was a cheap sterling that looked like it had met a lawn mower a couple of times.

Nice find, but finding a place where you can still dig around here is what is impressive. Every place I tried is like chipping through concrete.

Glad you knew it was plated! Congrats on the ring find, rings aren't a dime a dozen in the dirt gold or not!

What's the second two stamps say? Cool stamps on that ring, makes me think old?

"14k" and "Gold Shell" is all I can make out.

The yards I hunt are still fairly diggable. They're dried out about 4-5 inches deep though.
