Just an idea I have been pondering all winter. Last summer we had record high temps with almost no rain. This made it difficult for me too bring myself to detect in public or anywhere that was properly groomed. What would happen every time I cut a plug it would die and leave a horrid looking brown spot. No matter the size. I was just wondering about your guys feelings or what you do in those situations.

Last summer I quit hunting well groomed areas during the peak of the drought. I hunted wooded areas, river banks and parks with poor ground cover. I also hunted our yard heavily because there was little grass, just weeds anyway.
