Stirrup and Pistol butt end cap

I see the stirrup now. You have any idea on what type of pistol. I have looked all over and no luck finding one with the ornate on it. most all are just smoothed brass.

I've got one. They are neat and fairly distinct. While it can't be said with positive proof by this time most Federal troops didn't use the 1833 Dragoon sword. It is an attractive weapon but fairly useless. This was likely Confederate carried.
