question about Fisher ID edge mfg date

I will have a shot at this one - Was it 2006?

Now if you zoom to the bottom right hand corner of the manual on the first page it has some small print there with the date - 6/13/06 - 3:08:57 PM

Now I am unsure if I am correct or I have just identified the Manuals Birthday but I hope it at least helps
